Shipping and Returns

At Bondi Hemp, we strive to offer you a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We know the importance of receiving your hemp products promptly and ensuring you’re happy with every purchase.  

We’ve compiled all the information you need about our Australian shipping policies, delivery times, and exchange and return procedures so you can make informed decisions and shop confidently. All our orders are shipped via Express Delivery in Australia (via AusPost). This ensures you get what you need as fast and reliably as possible. Express post also ensures we can track and trace all orders if they get misplaced in transit.

Express shipping costs $12 for orders below $100.

For orders above AUD 100, shipping costs are free. 

We don’t ship overseas. Overseas orders will be refunded and cancelled if mistakenly made. 

Please note that processing your order may take an additional 2-3 business days. Tracking information from the carrier may not be available immediately.


Your orders with us are guaranteed to arrive intact, correct, and damage-free. If there are any issues with your order, we’ll replace it at no cost to you and re-ship it at our expense. When you contact us about an exchange, please provide a photo or evidence of your problem, including your order number details.


We have a hassle-free return policy for all our customers. If you receive a new, unused, and unopened product that doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You’ll only have to cover the shipping costs for returned items. To make a return, contact us on our contact page with your order details, and we’ll help you. Beyond 30 days, we will assume you have accepted the product’s quality and won’t be able to return it.

If we caused your product problem or an order was damaged or lost during shipping, we’ll replace it free of charge (including shipping costs).


Refunds are generally processed within 3-4 weeks of successfully receiving a returned order, but this can take a bit longer on occasion. These periods are due to the time it takes to obtain, verify, process, and deliver the refund on an order. Return shipping and bank transfer processing times can sometimes add delays.
