Shipping & Delivery Information

We pay close attention to our shipping experience. From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, we work hard to make the process smooth, reliable, and straightforward. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle orders, shipping, delivery and support. Looking for information on returning or replacing an order? Order Processing Times

We take care in every step of your delivery. All orders are tracked, and you’ll receive a tracking code to the email you provided at checkout.

Our dispatch process is streamlined, and we handle each order as quickly as we can.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Orders made before 1 PM AEST on business days (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after the 1 PM cut-off will ship the next business day
  • No dispatches on weekends or public holidays

Please allow an extra 1–2 business days of processing time during peak periods (like Christmas or Easter). It can take our team a bit more time to work through larger order quantities, plus postal services often experience congestion.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship all our orders using reputable, trackable courier services. The method we use can vary depending on your location and whether you purchased express shipping.

Your order may be delivered by:

  • Australia Post (Standard or Express)
  • Aramex, CouriersPlease, or Sendle (for specific regions and road freight deliveries)

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Here’s how long deliveries typically take in normal circumstances. Keep in mind that these are ‘estimate’ guidelines only.

We can’t guarantee on-time delivery ‘100%’ of the time as we rely on postal and courier services out of our control.

There is a range of circumstances that can delay shipments.

Some of these include extreme weather conditions, public holiday orders and shipping volume spikes, postal depot congestion or incomplete (or incorrect) address information.

Express Shipping (Tracked)

  • Metro areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–4 business days
  • Remote areas: 3–6 business days

Free Shipping Terms

We aim to keep shipping affordable and straightforward. All orders include free, tracked express shipping. You just need to reach our $90 minimum order value to unlock this freebie.

Free shipping will be shown at checkout as you complete your purchase.

Packaging & Privacy

All orders are packed securely in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy.

We use recyclable and protective materials in each package to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Where We Ship To

We’re an Australian store and only ship domestically within Australia at this time. Our delivery coverage is nationwide (any Australian address).

This includes all residential addresses, P.O. boxes, and Parcel Lockers.

Some rural or remote areas may require extra delivery time.

We don’t ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Track your delivery via the tracking code link sent to your email. The code lets you:

  • View the most recent delivery status and location
  • Check estimated delivery times
  • See updates if the delivery is delayed
  • Get notices for delivery confirmation or missed delivery attempts

Haven’t seen your tracking code email? Firstly, double-check that it didn’t land in your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact our team.

Signature on Delivery & Safe Drop

Most parcels are delivered without requiring a signature, unless you choose otherwise at checkout.

  • If no one is home and the courier finds a secure location, the parcel may be left safely.
  • If no safe drop is available, a card will be left with instructions for pickup or redelivery.

Important: If tracking shows the parcel was delivered and safely dropped, we are not liable for theft or loss (see our limitations of liability here). For added security, we recommend selecting a delivery location where someone can accept the parcel.

Delivery Delays or Tracking Issues

If your parcel hasn’t arrived and your tracking hasn’t updated within 10 business days of dispatch:

  • Check your tracking link for courier updates or attempted delivery notices.
  • Allow extra time during public holidays, promotional periods, or severe weather disruptions.

If you still need assistance, contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the problem
  • Screenshots of tracking updates

We’ll investigate and get back to you with the next steps.

Lost or Misdelivered Parcels

In the rare event that a parcel is officially declared lost or delivered to the wrong address by the courier:

  • We will verify the outcome of the courier’s investigation.
  • You will be offered either a replacement or a full refund. This is up to you.
  • We’ll also confirm and update your delivery details to prevent future issues.

Note: If the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delivery failure or loss. Please always double-check your details before finalising your order.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out as soon as possible.

  • Orders can rarely be changed
  • If you let us know within an hour, there’s a possibility we may be able to catch the order before dispatch, but we can’t guarantee this.
  • Once your parcel has shipped, we’re unable to modify or stop delivery.
  • If you entered the wrong address and your parcel hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.

Pre-orders & Backordered Items

If you’ve ordered a product that’s marked as a pre-order or temporarily out of stock:

  • We’ll hold onto your order until all items are available to ship.
  • If you’d prefer a split shipment, let us know. We will need to charge for additional shipping costs for multiple shipments.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer

To ensure your delivery arrives quickly and without issue, we need your help. Always make sure you follow these guidelines when you order:

  • Accurate, up-to-date and complete address details at checkout (including any unit numbers or letters for your full address)
  • Monitor your parcel using the tracking link we provide
  • Notify us within 14 days if your order is delayed, missing, or arrives with an issue
