Product Pricing

All prices for listed products:

  • Are registered in Australian Dollars (AUD)
  • Include GST where applicable
  • May change at any time without prior notice
  • Do not reflect discounts unless viewed at checkout with a valid discount applied

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel, refuse and if necessary, refund an order.

First Order Discount – 10% Off

We offer a one-time 10% discount for new customers on their first order only:

  • Automatically applied at checkout
  • Valid once per customer and household
  • Applies to total order value, including GST
  • Attempts to reuse the promotion may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.

Minimum Spend Policy

  • A minimum spend of $90 AUD (excluding shipping) is required to complete checkout.
  • This minimum also qualifies you for Free Express Shipping.

Free Express Shipping

We provide free express shipping on all orders over our minimum order value of $90 AUD. This $90 minimum value is calculated after discounts and before shipping fees.

Payment and Billing Terms

Some key things to note are:

  • Orders are typically processed for fulfilment within 1–2 business days
  • Expected shipping times can vary substantially depending on the location, courier or postal service used, postal congestion, and other factors.
  • We’ll email you a postal tracking code once your order’s been successfully dispatched for delivery.

Please double-check your delivery address before finalising your order. Once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility passes to you.

Once an order is marked as safely “delivered” by the courier, ownership and responsibility for the parcel transfer to you.

Returns and Refunds
